Samara Ocean View Homes on Private Acreage

These two spectacular homes are privately perched in the lush Samara jungle and overlook the green canopy and Pacific Ocean. The main custom home features a large living area including a kitchen and dining room that open up to the expansive valley view patios and pool area. You can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set into the Pacific or start your day on the patio and greet the monkeys as they pass by. With quick and easy access to several the beaches, shops and restaurants (about a 5 minute drive to Samara and the surf), it is the perfect location for full time residents or as a rental home. Privacy, views, design and a great location aren’t easy to come by. This property has it all including several different ocean view lots that could be sold independently.
